We take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding your personal information at RESULT PROPERTIES L.L.C (which term includes all parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, group companies, partners, and agents of RESULT PROPERTIES L.L.C) referred as ("Company", "we" or "us" or "RESULT"). We value you as our customer, respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the sources of your personal information that we may collect from you or that you may provide to us, our purposes for collecting and processing your information, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, retaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

2. CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING
By visiting or using RESULT Websites and any RESULT Mobile Applications, visitors and customers (users) confirm that they have reviewed this Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Consent"), understand its contents, acknowledge and accept all terms outlined herein (with an understanding of how their information is collected and handled by RESULT). Therefore, the use of the Website constitutes their genuine intent at the time of providing this Consent. If the visitors and customers does not agree with RESULT’s policies and practices, they may not use RESULT Websites or RESULT 's Mobile Applications.

3. THE SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
The sources of your personal data collected (collectively referred to as "Platforms" in this policy) may include without limitation the following:

• RESULT websites: these are websites we created for you that are operated by us, they include websites operated by RESULT under our own domains and web addresses (URLs) and our social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Emails, text messaging services, and other electronic messages: these are the electronic text-based interaction between you and RESULT.
• RESULT mobile applications: these are smartphone applications created for you and operated by RESULT or one of our partners.
• RESULT customer service: any communication between you and our customer service center (e.g. phone, chatbot, email, WhatsApp etc.).
• Online / Offline registration forms: these include printed/digital registrations, surveys, or questionnaires RESULT collects via registration forms, contests, events, and various promotions when you participate in one of our events, or visit our promotional stands in malls to enquire about our offers, or attend a Roadshow organized by us, etc.
• Advertising: you might interact with one of our or our partners' advertisements on our websites and apps and we might receive and collect this information.
• Data we create: RESULT may also create data about you, when you avail our services.
• Data from other sources: these include social media networks, market research agencies, RESULT third party sales agents, registered brokers, RESULT promotional partners (such as banks, UAE Government entities, etc.), public sources, and data received when we acquire other companies.
• RESULT Loyalty/ Partnership Program: Once you register for our loyalty/ partnership program, we collect and process your personal information and transaction history.

Information we automatically collect from you.
We may automatically collect information about you when you use the sites or our services. For example, if you access the sites through a computer, we will automatically collect information such as your browser type and version, computer and connection information, IP address, pages you have visited and standard web log information. We may use remarketing tools that will serve ads to you based on your location, the content you have explored on our site to render ads to you after you have left our site. If you access the sites through a mobile device, we may also be able to identify the location of your mobile device. You may choose not to share your location details with us by adjusting your mobile device’s location services settings. All payments made to RESULT are processed by third party processing service engaged by RESULT, or by authorized banks. 4. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
To be enable us to provide services to you, we process different categories of personal data, as further described below, but not limited to:
Contact Details: includes, but is not limited to, home address, home / personal mobile number and personal email address, emergency contact number.
Identification data: includes but is not limited to name, your photo, citizenship, nationality, passport data, Visa information, drivers' licence information, the resident country`s ID, marriage certificate, birth certificate, national/social insurance number (if applicable), health insurance, government retirement plan information and tax reference/ID (if applicable).
Special categories of data: includes but is not limited to data that reveals the following about a data subjects: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, and data concerning health.
Web Data: includes, but is not limited to, cookies, user activity logs, and website visitor interaction data.
Financial/ Employment Data: includes, but is not limited to, debit/ credit card details and bank details, taxation-related information, income/salary, occupation/employment.
Other Personal Information: includes but is not limited to date and place of birth, emergency contact details (if applicable), gender and marital status, address proof — such as utility bill, bank statement, etc.
Other information required for compliance (to conduct the Customer Due Diligence) with the provisions of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism.
Records and copies of customer communication with RESULT. Please note that RESULT may record your telephone calls, chatbot conversations, emails and WhatsApp messages for training and quality purposes.
Unless restricted by applicable law, a visitor or customer agrees that all personal information/data relating to you, collected by RESULT from RESULT Web Sites & Mobile Applications from time to time may be used and disclosed for such purposes and to such persons as may be in accordance with federal laws and regulations and as per RESULT Policies.

5. OPTIONS FOR USE OF INFORMATION
In general, we use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, protect, and improve our current products and to develop new ones. This allows us, among other things:

• to identify you as an user in our services;
• respond to your queries or expression of interest and to ensure we help you find the right property that suits your needs;
• enter into or to conclude any form of agreements;
• to personalize and provide you with information about RESULT’s services and latest offers;
• to facilitate email campaigns carried out by our sales and marketing departments;
• to facilitate advertisements;
• to manage your membership of our loyalty/ partnership programs;
• to establish a working relationship with our Tenants, Third Party Agents and Business Partners;
• to enter into, renew or fulfill service contracts with our Tenants, Third Party Agents and Business Partners;
• to enter Commercial or Investment relationship;
• to comply with legal requirements and exercise or defend legal claims;
• to process your payments and protect against fraudulent transactions;
• to comply with any opt-out or do not disturb requests we receive from you;
• to comply with health and safety obligations;
• to enhance our services, online resources, and overall business operations, including by engaging with third parties to conduct surveys designed to improve our service offerings.

Where required or permitted by law, personal information may be provided to others, such as regulators and law enforcement agencies. We may share with government or regulatory authorities upon request to comply with any court order, law or legal process.

6. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
Your personal data is stored by RESULT on its servers, and on the servers of the database management services RESULT engages, located in the United Arab Emirates.
The personal information that RESULT collects from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the UAE. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the UAE who work for RESULT or for one of RESULT’s third-party vendors.
Whenever RESULT transfers your personal data out of the UAE, RESULT will take all steps that are reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
RESULT retains data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with RESULT and otherwise as required under applicable law. Personal data will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which your personal data are processed. We will retain your personal data as long as you are an RESULT customer or require our services so that we can provide these services to you.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, at the moment you withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal information, all your personal data received and stored will be erased if no longer needed by us. Unless we are required to retain this personal data by law or to comply with our regulatory obligations. In such a case, we will only keep this personal data for as long as necessary.

7. THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT AT ANY TIME (WHERE PROCESSING IS BASED ON CONSENT)
You may, at any time, withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. Such withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of the processing based on the given consent before withdrawing it.

RESULT reserves the right in its discretion to change without warning or notice any information or material contained on the RESULT Websites & Mobile Applications related Policies and its Terms and Conditions, under which the RESULT services are used & offered. You are responsible for periodically visiting RESULT Websites and this privacy policy to check for any policy changes. RESULT regularly reviews the privacy policy and may change this policy at any time.
It is important that the personal data RESULT holds about you is accurate and current. Please keep RESULT informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.
