Hi all, My background is in business development/capital raising at a large hedge fund and previously a megafund in PE doing the same. I have a degree from a top, target school and am interested in some of the strategic chief of staff roles I've seen in SF/NY.
However, it's been very difficult to get a call back from the handful I've applied to. Looking at my resume, it's a little corporate, sure, but the names on it would have huge sway and marketing value for some of these startups in stealth/seed stage.
I can definitely help with fundraising and add value to them day one. My current role is also very CoS-like, and this would be the best way for me to get tech/startup exposure. What am I missing?   submitted by   /u/CaesarsPleasers [link]   [comments]
